Poor marketing is observed as a major challenge militating against the mass production of locally produced wheat at Biyamusu wheat production cluster. This was due to low patronage on the part of the consumers. Fortunately for the cluster, the support given to Kwanar Dala by APPEALS Project KNSCO increased demand for the local whole wheat grain across the state. The document "How cluster farming addressed post-harvest losses and improved rice farmers’ income in Bugau, Kura Local Government Area, Kano State" is a "Lesson Learnt" during the implementation of the APPEALS Project in Kano State. AS a result of the project intervention, farmers at Bugau Rice production cluster begun to have improvement in yield due to reduction in post-harvest loses.
