Loss: The fact or process of losing something like an amount of money lost in a Business Expenses: The cost incurred in or required for something. Hidden Cost: Are expenses that are not normally included in the purchase price for a piece of equipment or machine. These costs normally impact profitability.

The document "How cluster farming addressed post-harvest losses and improved rice farmers’ income in Bugau, Kura Local Government Area, Kano State" is a "Lesson Learnt" during the implementation of the APPEALS Project in Kano State. AS a result of the project intervention, farmers at Bugau Rice production cluster begun to have improvement in yield due to reduction in post-harvest loses.
