Probiotic feed has been found to play a beneficial role in the ecosystem of the fish gastrointestinal tract, by enhancing growth performance and other rearing parameters such as feed conversion ratio, digestibility and body composition . The project objective is to strengthen and increase the quantity of smoked fish by COS AQUACULTURE SUPPORT SERVICES by 75%, and also strengthen fish processing system with a view to ensuring that fish investment attain an exportable status within the project life.
