VCIP on Aquaculture Processing

A sample of Value Chain Investment Plan (VCIP) on Aquaculture Processing by COS Aquaculture Support Services.

The project objective is to strengthen and increase the quantity of smoked fish by COS AQUACULTURE SUPPORT SERVICES by 75%, and also strengthen fish processing system with a view to ensuring that fish investment attain an exportable status within the project life.
The Output of fish processed will increase from 20 tons to 35 tons per annum and also there will be increase in number of jobs created.
