VCIP on Rice Processing

This is written by the Entrepreneur to meet its obligations in the quantity and quality of milled rice, the project is proposing to improve the processing capacity of the Entrepreneur from 1.5tons per day to 4tons per day. A total of 160tons of paddy rice will be produced by each CIG in the alliance, giving a total of 800tons of rice produced for the alliance considering that rice is produced for two cycles in a year, 800tons paddy rice will give 520tons milled rice.

VCIP on Rice Processing/Marketing

This Value Chain Investment Plan is developed to further scale up the processor and improve on the processing capability of the beneficiary. This will enable the processor to increase the volume of milled rice and increase/expand the areas of distribution, thereby getting more products to the high-end market due to improved quality of the product.
