Enugu ESMP Final Report On Road Construction & Energy Intervention Sites
The Enugu State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria received a credit from the International Development Association (herein referred to as IDA Bank) to implement the Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project. The project concept is rightly embodied in the idea of transforming small subsistence farmers‟ production system (farming 1-5 ha) into a market-oriented agricultural undertaking and supporting middle-size farmers (5-10 ha) through addressing the constraints that hinder their effective participation in the value chains.
