VCIP on Rice Processing & Marketing

This is written by the Entrepreneur to meet its obligations in the quantity and quality of milled rice, the project is proposing to improve the processing capacity of the Entrepreneur from 1.5tons per day to 4tons per day. A total of 160tons of paddy rice will be produced by each CIG in the alliance, giving a total of 800tons of rice produced for the alliance considering that rice is produced for two cycles in a year, 800tons paddy rice will give 520tons milled rice.

Dairy Processing Value Chain Investment Plan – Sample

This Value Chain Investment Plan (VCIP) is on dairy processing, prepared by Abakwa Khalifa Dairy Cooperative Society. The Cooperative Society comprises of 15 members - 10 female and 5 male members respectively.
