This APPEALS Project Information Handbook contains basic information about the Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project, a six-year project being implemented in six states of Cross River, Enugu, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi and Lagos under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development (FMARD) and supported by the World Bank.
